They are as conniving as they are cruel--heartless con artists who target the most vulnerable senior citizens. They gain people's trust, then rob them of their life savings in the blink of an eye. In this week's CNX, an important story for people with parents who are seniors, or anyone nearing retirement age themselves. We talk with local experts about how to spot and avoid these scams. Plus, we interview former con artists to find out first-hand the sly tricks these criminals use to steal people's money.
